All interactions have been great -- the managers thoroughly understood my needs and concerns, and communicated status often throughout the process. Chris is by far the nicest and most helpful guy I’ve ever encountered in my storage-renting experience (and I’ve been doing so the past 10 years). He answered every question thoroughly, and physically helped me unload my 26-foot truck (because the truck wouldn’t fit inside the pull-up area). Great facility and employees. Started renting here again after renting a unit a few years back, but this time there was a column in the middle of the new unit. I went to the desk to see what can be done as I didn’t necessarily love this column, and the nice gentleman immediately stopped what he was doing and transferred me to a new open unit. Waived the transfer fees due to the circumstance and had some great banter in the process.
I appreciated Cole's friendly service by immediately attending to my request. My request was fully granted, and I couldn't be more pleased. As staff passed by while I was working in my unit, they always offered to lend a hand if needed. I've been with this company for many years and would highly recommend them--especially the one in Eagleville, PA.
