In August of 2022, I leased a unit on the 3rd Floor. I regularly checked on it and my belongings, at times removing some furniture, books, etc, with the goal of giving up the unit after a year. By March of this year, I was finally able to, after dutifully paying both the rent and the insurance on time every month -- even though there were months when the facility was largely unavailable due to, supposedly, the Fire Marshall. My boyfriend and I were looking for a storage unit close to the house and came to Life Storage to look around and just gain some knowledge. Ali, the employee who helped us out did an amazing job at showing us different units in order for us to get the one that fit our needs the best. He was great help and a positive attitude the whole time!
Shout out to Justin the manager on duty who had exceptional customer service to me even while he was handling three other customers and answering the phone! He did a great job in all areas; very attentive, helpful, great info provided, tour of facility and made it so easy to get this storage pod done. Cannot say enough good things about this experience and Justin acted like an owner or a senior level manager, he deserves his own store to manage in my opinion. Great leadership & great job overall!!
