I would recommendâ¦. The check in process was awesome. The young lady Ms. T is very professional and she followed up several times. I think they need more carts as a courtesy to renters and I was a little disappointed they did not offer the courtesy truck as other facilities do. I also feel the cutoff time should be extended to 11pm. Overall though I was satisfied.
Awesome I got this unit because the other storage was closed. I am so glad it was. Awesome.
Very unsatisfactory first time experience The first unit I was put in was damaged. Would not open. The associate attempted to transfer me into another unit but was unable to so he claimed to refund my first time charges and charge me again for another unit. The second unit I was placed in was the incorrect size so I had to be moved and charged yet again. The third unit was correct however all of this unnecessary running around caused me to return my Uhaul late to receive another charge. The money that the associate claimed w... read more
The check-in was smooth. Customer service was great. The move in was smooth. Need more carts to move items. Found just one at the door.
