Difficulty moving in,Otherwise fine. Rented the unit online, but went to move in and code for the building wouldn’t work. Went to main office just down the road, and did have to wait a bit as there was only one person working, but he was helpful and eager to fix the problem. Reset code, went back and still didn’t work, but was a quick fix over the phone. Unit was clean, packet was in it with a lock. Building seems secure and clean too. Nothing super important in our unit, but I feel it will be secure there.
Loved have flat bed carts Clean and easy to get to unit.
yes, I would recommend this place to a friend I stopped at the smaller Life Storage units and the ladies there were very helpful in directing me to the correct place. They were friendly and gave me a card to call for any problems or questions
