Chanel was really helpful got me processed and in my storage with minimal effort from me beside the move of course lol. And Nicole called me promptly when I forgot to lock my unit which lets me kno they actively walk the premises and pay attention! Thanks again Ladies
Staff is very rude and hangs up on customers. Staff is also never at the front desk during working hours??? Very inconvenient especially when you call and they hang up on you. Would not recommend. Highly recommend the assistant manager to be fired for having awful customer service and not being present on the clock. Not to mention the lack of listening skills and tendency to talk over a customer mid sentence?? Mind blown by the horrible assistant manager honestly.
Chanelle was extremely rude and impossible to work with. Hung up on me, awful tone, implied I was stupid for bringing up one of their most basic policies. Honestly for a STORAGE BUSINESS it should only require two things… 1) empty space! 2) basic customer service Chanelle is the sole reason I will never go back here again and why I urge anyone reading this to seek an alternative place. Nicole makes renting a unit here an amazing experience. There was a potential issue with my unit today and she called me immediately and helped me solve the problem without ever having to go back to my unit. I just appreciate her amazing customer service!!
Nicole was incredible. She is thorough, set us up with a great unit, and was super helpful when our plans changed last minute. Facility is very clean.
