Spoke with a few ladies this morning and needed to remove my insurance due to low funds this month. They were having technical difficulties with sending me the email and they figured it out pretty quickly and helped me from having to drive all the way there and lose hours at work! Would definitely recommend this facility as it is clean and fairly priced!
I needed a storage unit on extremely short notice. My wife called Christina at Life Storage and Christina went above and beyond to help us get the perfect size and proved storage unit. I never honestly thought I would be reviewing a storage unit facility, however Christina made us feel like family. Christiana always does an amazing job at letting me know of any updates changes anything necessary needed for my storage unit on time and early if possible. I'm really glad I chose life storage. The customer service really is top notch 5 stars and the units are nice.
I had to change my reservation, and the process was cumbersome.Clearly not the fault of the person who made the change for me. I also had to add a unit at the last minute, and that process was painless. Thank you, Christina Jones!
Great place for all your storage needs. We rented a 10x20 unit to hold our cabinets and building materials while building a house. They had a special 1/2 off for 3 months. Easy access, we had a 26 ft box truck, and it worked out fine. Super nice and helpful at front desk. We avoided the rental insurance and lock fee by providing our homeowners declaration page and our own lock. Would rent here again if we ever needed to.
