I had an awesome experience with Life Storage. Thank you Life Storage for making sure all of my items were secured and protected. This property is well lit, very clean, and easy access in and out. Cael and Harley was very helpful in assisting me with all of my needs and concerns.
Immediately when I hit submit to rent my unit I get a call from Charles. He explain the locks, the hours and needing ID verification when we came to move in. When we arrive at Life storage, Charles again explain everything to us from the locks, codes, elevators, even walked us down to our unit. Charles went above and beyond with his great customer service not only with us but other clients that came in behind us.
I had a really great experience with getting a storage unit with Life Storage. The sale person took time to show me the different sizes , helped getting the protection products I would need to keep my stuff safe. Explained their policies to me in a way I would understand and answered all my questions. Will recommend them.
The staff have been beyond accommodating. I asked to change units & they were more than eager to help me. I recommend this location if are not sure which storage facility to use. Staff: 5 stars, condition of building: 5 star.
