They couldn't properly scan an ID in order to get my gate code so they needed a photo of it sent to them. They said there wasn't an office at that location to get it from. They didn't pick up their phone after having to call them back almost half an hour later. This was almost noon and I was moving with a uhaul that needed returned by 2pm so I decided to do even more of their job for them and get online with a representative. This place is not what they advertise. They locked me out for being 2 weeks late but when I paid it I had to wait days for them to unlock. Whoever answers the phone lied to me said bad weather , then the locks are froze. It's cold outside big deal and locks are not froze. They are not up front and honest about things. The security is no good the front gate is broke most the time and remains open. They say 24 hours it's misleading it only toll 10 pm.
🚫🚫🚫 I have mouse poop all over my things! In every box! On every piece of furniture! My things were only in there 2 months! My couch was new and is now disgusting! I would rate 0 stars if I could! 🚫
A little pricey for a large unit but it gets the job done. No problems with security or wetness in the unit.
Good place for storage. Clean and secure. Would store here again. Only needed temporary place to keep stuff until house was ready to move in.
