Renting from Extra Space on Dunbar was such a great experience from beginning to end. Move-in was seamless and moving out was even easier, all thanks to Kirsten. I’m moving out of state, so I had to quickly leave my unit and had needed some clerical assistance, and Kirsten was so kind and understanding and helped me get moved out efficiently and made sure my account was all taken care of. The site manager is awesome. She really goes the extra mile offering excellent customer service and keeping the place clean. The site is in a perfect location within walking distance of downtown. It even has Bluetooth entry for renters. And I love that they not only accept packages for me but deliver them to my unit. It's a huge time saver for me as a small business owner!
I cannot recommend this storage facility enough! Kristen is always incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Packages are consistently brought directly to my unit, so I never have to worry about tracking them down. Even when I arrive after hours, everything is conveniently ready and waiting for me. The level of service and attention to detail here truly sets this place apart, and I’m so grateful for the support.
I called to change units yesterday. I spoke to two different ladies in the office at the Dunbar location, and they were both very nice and super helpful. The facility is always clean.
