Poor and unprofessional Customer Service. I was yelled at by the store Manager Cate as she disclosed they have a high staff turnover rate and the employee who advised me one way did not know what they were talking about. If the store manager treat customers like that I can’t imagine how she treats her staff…which can lead to a high turnover rate. Be respectful and listen to concerns from customers
SCAM! …. I am just speechless. College student here, I had to store all my necessities in there during summer break. Everything I need in order to function. Paid for three months and when I came back, they told me I didn’t pay them. They say I didn’t have a payment record. But they never notified me AND I have bank payment records as proof. Showing that isn’t enough, I can’t even get essentials out. I have NO BED to sleep on. Went to the bank so sort things out.
