horrible place. had my stuff in their unit for under 3 months and all of my stuff is infested with roaches, on top of there being a leak and all of my furniture being completely ruined!!!! i have roaches and bugs and mold on my couches and inside my boxes. my couches and all of my belongs have water stains.
DO NOT KEEP YOUR STUFF HERE. I moved in late March of 2025. This morning, June 28, 2025 I went to get some items. My key and lock weren't working on the cylinder lock Extra Space sold me upon move in. I went to the office and was told "Someone must have changed your lock" and that they'd need to drill the lock and replace it. They said it would take a few hours so we left and returned a few hours later. We picked up the new key at the office and proceeded to my unit.
