**Very Disappointed – Dirty Unit and Poor Maintenance** I was extremely unsatisfied with my experience at Extra Space Storage. The unit I rented was filthy upon move-in, covered in spiderwebs, leaves, dirt, and stains. It was clear that no cleaning had been done between tenants. Mary assisted and made sure everything went extremely smooth. The facility was extremely well maintained and well lit at night as well. She is always helpful and polite, always a pleasure dealing with Mary. Millions of Kudos to Mary!

Be very wary of of their advertised prices. They offer you an enticing "web rate" to rent a unit and then mail you a notice that your rental fee is increasing substantially. My monthly rental rate went from $81 to $160 after 3 months of renting the unit. The manager, Mary, was very kind and offered to request a rate decrease for me but I think it's horrible to double the monthly rental cost month to month. The Manager Mary does a fantastic job ! This place is very clean ,safe,and just well kept. We see Mary outside on the property all the time, cleaning storage spaces, picking up trash ,helping customers. We rented here primarily because we saw all the 5 star reviews about Mary, and upon meeting her and working with her to get the unit, we were NOT disappointed. We were looking for a storage space in Spring branch. Stumbled across extra space storage and heard some great things and reviews about Mary. So I decided to go have a conversation with Mary to see if the reviews were accurate. She was absolutely amazing. She gave me a thorough walk-through and gave me every single option and help me make the best decision. I was very confident in the storage space and the safety of renting here if you’re looking for a place in Spring branch this is definitely a place to check out!
