The answer to our storage unit dilemma! Our old storage unit kept going up in price (3 x's in the last year it seems). So much for being loyal customers. The neighborhood was getting worse. We needed to downsize and get closer to home. Uncle Bob's came through in price, size, location, security, a free truck rental for move in, and friendly.
Excellent Customer Service I had to change my move-in date and the manager was very accommodating. She continued to hold the unit until my move-in date and did not charge me any additional fees.
