Worst storage experience ever. As a woman I never felt safe entering the property alone and accessing my unit, particularly because the access doors into the storage area would never lock or close properly because the doors sustained damaged from being jammed open during break-ins and were never properly repaired. Clean location. Brandon was extremely helpful during the process of reserving my storage unit. Very informative covering the details. He even checked availability for me for another unit in a different location. Process was easy and fast. I will write an update after my moving day about access and treatment over the next few months...

Absolutely disgusted with the lack of honesty and customer service from this facility. I paid for a climate controlled unit, they checked me in knowing the unit AC was broken. Had to argue and wait 2 hours to be accommodated at another facility with movers on their way. Was offered free month then they took that away due to higher cost at the new storage unit. Excellent customer service. It was a smooth leasing process. Prices online were accurate. Shout out to Tatiyana for her superb service. She was thorough with all the information necessary to rent a space, reviewed prices, and gave me a tour of a few units. In addition, she assisted me with determining which unit space will best meet my needs. Thank you for your help today!
