I was unloading items into my storage unit with my family, one of the employees named Stephen was cleaning and stopped to introduce himself. He was very polite and asked how our day was going. He asked if we might have any question's or concerns about our unit or the storage facility itself. I told him we have not had any issues and that it seems to always be clean and kept up. He thanked us for our time and we went on our way. I recommend this storage unit clean, nice and friendly staff!!
Dylan the Manager went above and beyond. I need an emergency storage and went over everything with me and helped me pick the best one to fit my needs. If you want great service, go see Dylan and Team and they’ll getcha right!!!
We were running out of time and need to relocate our stuff within days. Dylan was able to provide some great advice on downsizing to a smaller unit and showed me some great options. Dylan was great to work with and super helpful.
Dillon was awesome!! And so was Ms. T great customer service. We moved out today from our unit and the whole process was so smooth. I highly recommend this company
My wife and I are absolutely happy choosing life storage for some of our daughter's belongings our daughter is military.
