I had a great experience. This is my first rime having to rent a store unit. I booked online then went to see it in next day because I couldn't visualize the size and how my belongings would fit. She was patient in explaining the process and fees, answering my questions and even showing me a bigger unit. Excellent customer service!I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing to purchase a storage unit.

After only having the storage for four days, I return back to the storage and two dead rats in the corner of my unit. I was also told that the rats will have to stay in the storage until maintenance comes and that was four days from the date. Just beware that there is rats in multiple units. I had to personally have a friend come get the rats out because I did not want the rat setting in my storage for multiple days and also when we dispose of the rats, another person stated they had a dead rat in their unit as well so bewar... read more
