Absolute worst experience all the way around. This place is not as nice as others. Not to mention you are not getting the size you think you are. A 5x10 is really 5x9'2". That's almost a foot smaller! So needless to say my stuff wouldn't fit. Also was told it was 24 hrs and I was locked outside with my storage open and stuff on a cart and i was on the phone for 35 minutes trying to get a resolution because the guy failed to enter me correctly in system.
