I had originally gotten a 10x10 and realized it might not work with the items I had. They were excellent in helping me to figure out what size unit I needed, worked out great! They also applied the online discount when we changed the unit and saved me a good amount for which I am very grateful. Aside from that everyone was very friendly and sincere. The location is also great for me, less than 1.5 miles from my house. Glad I found this place and really happy with the service so far

My family has been with Life Storage for many years and we have NEVER had a problem! Our storage items have been thru at least 4 hurricanes and we suffered zero problems. The people that work there are extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Their rates were always competitive with other storage locations in the area. The grounds were kept clean and bug free! I would still be using them if we were not moving them so far away. Special thanks to Nick, for always being so kind!!
