We were moving from California to Nevada, and needed to store a couple of things. So we went looking around for storage facilities near our new home. It was great to find extra storage space about a mile from the house. I recommend this storage facility because JERRY is the BEST. It's employees like Jerry that give a company a good name. He's very helpful, friendly, and does his job very well.
Jerry is the BEST!! He has the best customer service skills. Always in a great mood. My storage unit is super spacey & secure. I could have not asked for a better place. Anytime I need any help Jerry is very patient & helpful. So far so happy :)

Jerry is the best! I asked him if he could call me when someone moved out for a smaller storage and he made sure he got it done for me. Such a great manager and great customer support been renting here a long time because of it!

I previously posted about frustrations I had yesterday with not having access to my unit and no one on site to help. I wanted to alter it because I know property managers are not at fault for all of this. Whoever is the owner needs to step up. We were offered an "air cooled" unit. Upon entry it was equivalent if not hotter than outside (106). There is no world in which there was anything being cooled.
