Bring proof of homeowner's insurance. Clean facility, pleasant staff. Sparefoot fails to mention you will need to bring your Homeowners Declaration page with you the first time so they can verify your belongings are covered in other structures. This may be common knowledge, but as a first time self-storage user, I had to make an extra trip on an already busy day. You company can fax it over if they are open, but the facility can not accept outside emails.
Great This place is great. they have carts to use and video surveillance system. the staff is very friendly and helpful. Climate control is great.
