Perfect location to meet my storage needs. Found a space quickly with the assistance of Angie. She walked me throughout the whole process giving me options while being friendly and professional.
Be very careful with renting from this location. They raised my rent by $65 a month with no notice. They state something was mailed to me, but I never received anything. I'm pretty sure I would have noticed paperwork that increased my rent by over half my original rate. Seems like a shady business practice not to inform new renters that the rate they are receiving is an introductory rate in advance.
I had a great experience visiting this place! It's remarkably clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming environment!
Nice and clean place for storage. There is some wrong advertising. Some hidden costs are not clear. The first month free is only for bigger units and only if they have a few left empty. When I asked they had only 1 left and couldn't give first month free. The rental includes a mandatory admin fee of about $30 and they sell you a $20 lock which is pretty much useless anywhere else. Before you sign up ask for these costs and if they can waive. Angie was super nice and helpful.
