The facility is Great (Neat and Clean)! Maksym, the property manager was Phenomenal!! He made the process easy and we had an exceptional customer experience thanks to him. He provided Outstanding Customer Service which seems rare these days. Please give him a Bonus or a Raise for his exceptional commitment to excellence.
Rented a storage unit here for 1 year exactly. Over that time my monthly rent increased once and the insurance increased due to the company switching owners. My insurance fee about doubled and I was not aware of it until I got my monthly bill. When I called to speak to management he responded quickly and resolved the insurance issue for me. Nothing but good things to say about this storage facility. I have dealt with several different storage facilities and this one has been one of the best. Property manager has always been kind, considerate and professional! The place is clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend.
I’ve been renting at this establishment for over three years now and I must say, the same quality service, cleanliness, security, hospitable staff is still at its best. I can appreciate a business that actually cares. Shout out to Maksym for going above and beyond to make sure my storage needs are met and secured. He’s got 10 stars in my book!
My experience for 7 months here was outstanding. The staff was friendly and helped me with exactly what I needed.. trailer parking spot and drive up storage bay. Highly recommend. You can actually call them during business hours. My next move got delayed a week and they were able to charge me for the exact days occupied.
