Better than local competitors. New renter and so far I've had a good experience. Better pricing than most in the area, and more importantly, upfront about the total cost of move in. Some places are actually twice as much to move in when all is said and done than what you we told online. Look for online specials! Rental process was simple. Good customer service.
Uncle Bob's Storage is the best My daughter recommended Uncle Bob's to me. I am so glad she did! The units are clean as is the area around them. The security is coded and safe. The staff at the Pleasant Valley, Methuen storage facility are all helpful, friendly and knowledgeable to help with your questions. The free truck is definitely a benefit for the move!!!! I would recommend this facility and give it a 5-star rating.
