Leased 2 spaces with the help of Ulpiano at Life Storage. He was accommodating and pleasant to work with. The facility is always clean and access is always easy. I already have one indoor climate controlled unit and came back for additional space in a convenient location. I'm extremely pleased with the service at Life Storage!
My wife and I had an amazing experience! Super friendly staff, storage unit prices are reasonable and the units themselves are super clean and well kept. So happy to have found this place!
I was very Impressed with service I received by Ulpiano. He talked me through the entire process from the security of my items , to making sure I had the best lock there is for my storage unit. Also the price point really was what sold me as well as signing up for their easy pay option. I appreciate their superb customer service and quality assurance.
Nice clean place. But since extra space storage purchases it has become expensive especially the insurance. Get your own renters or homeowners insurance with coverage for storage and save
Friendly staff. Ulpiano always goes the extra mile to help. The location is good and is clean. The place is far from perfect though. My biggest issue is they raise the rent every 6 months and it's always substancial. You only get a 1 month warning. I'm not cheap, i'm willing to pay a reasonable price, but commit to it. They definitely don't want you staying long. Eventually, the price will make you think of buying a shed or finding a different storage place. They require you to buy insurance.
