Awesome customer service It was an easy process. Customer service at the storage facility helped me correctly gain access to the building due to the access code not working properly.
Great service The young kid who assisted was super helpful and knowledgeable. Made everything a smooth process.
The promotions advertised were not available. It was not convient. All available units were long distances from the doors. There are not enough carts for transporting items to units. I had to wait while the attendant went to get more carts from other floors. There should be several at each entrance on each floor.
