I had one of the best experiences on 8/22/2023 since renting a unit in April 2023. David is his name and he was very polite, helpful, and went the extra mile to explain to me in detail what would be best for my needs and why. David should be a permanent rep at the North Babylon store. He was definitely a pleasure to speak to and an asset to this company especially while the storage company is going through the crossover to Extra Space from Life Storage.
