I have been at this facility through 3 corporate owners, so a long time! In my recent interactions with this storage company the employees have been truly patient, helpful and accommodating. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them. However, the facility itself is unsatisfactory because the condition of the place. Three out of 4 of the loading doors were broken and all of the moving carts had non functioning brakes. I’m not sure all of the elevators were working either.

Dealt with Kassandra at the office, she was extremely courteous and helpful. A perfect addition to Norwood, i hope shell be here in longevity. I highly recommend a big pay raise for her! She exemplifies customer service. Kudos to Life Storage for hiring her.
In store customer service was great. They discussed our storage needs and help us determine what would work best. I would highly recommend this location. When you need storage, call Kassandra.. You will not find anyone better
Great place to store. Very clean. Easy access to lockers. Climate controlled, so other than some normal dust, every thing stayed clean.
