When an issue arose with my account credit falling through the cracks, she took the time to track it down and confirm it was properly applied. I've had a storage space here for a while. The location is safe and super clean. The front office team are friendly, professional and very thoughtful.

Beware. Once you're in, they will raise prices. They raised mine by 75% in a single month after I'd rented for four months. The people are super nice, and when I called to complain, they lowered the price a bit. But the fact is, they lure you in with a low price then, once you're captive, raise and raise.

When I came back to use ExtraSpace Storage a year later to ease a move, somehow they have gotten even better at what they do. I still use them every time even though I’m living in Branford. Thank you for affordable excellence left in this world.
