Life Storage is fantastic. We have rented at LS from NYC to AZ and it is clean, secure and simple. Michele at the 16th St. location helped us find the perfect unit to protect our stuff and save us some money. Amazing walk through and experience. Highly recommend.
At first I was quite stunned that I had to pay in in full before I even saw the location or unit. I was in town from out of state and not sure if what I picked was actually in the area I needed. I took a chance and was quite impressed with the contactless process. The only hiccup was the lock was supposed to be in the unit but it was locked with the MGMT lock and the lock was not inside when we did get it open. Bought a unit online. Tried to come in 3 separate times, 11:30am, 12pm, and 5:30pm and the administrative office was closed each time. They make it extremely difficult to get your unit if you work during normal business hours. Edit: To clarify this was on a Monday so they were still officially open when I arrived
The staff is friendly and caring and better than public storage they play music in and there is free WiFi.
Very friendly knowledgeable staff. And nice units in air conditioned building.
