Great staff, professional and extremely helpful. Buildings are very clean with easy access. Roller carts are provided for the inside areas. Facility is bright and well lit.
Can’t say enough good things about the level of customer service I received at Life Storage. Aleisha Adorni (Site/Property Mgr) at my chosen location is AMAZING! From the moment I entered she was extremely friendly, personable, helpful, and very professional! I feel that the rates could be much better at a brand new facility but this is not her fault/has nothing to do with her. Ownership sets their pricing. I’m a long time customer of the Plant City locations. Teresa does a great job keeping things up at 1005 s. Alexander st & Cassie helped me get a unit this week at 102 s.Alexanderst. Both are awesome facilities and great deals on pricing too!
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of storing our RV at the new Life Storage facility in Plant City. The Manager Aleisha Adormi was extremely helpful and professional. We found the facility to be extremely neat and secure. We highly recommend this facility and Ms Adormi.
