Disagree The only thing I do not like is that the unit that I got needs a cylinder lock to secure it. I do not like that it is the only type of lock that I can use on the unit and I was forced to buy it from you and I will never use it for anything else. It is not practical and I think its unethical to force your customers to have buy a specific type of lock to secure their unit. With no price options.
What I was looking for! The staff was courteous and very helpful with all my needs.
Decent Cus2 service over the phone was great, but in store. Something need to be done
Both managers bend over backwards to ensure the best experience in customer service. In my case, there was a miscommunication, about the truck. Al did everything he could to resolve the issue and allow us to move in when we needed to.
What started out bad, ended well Although I waited 15 min for the clerk to end his phone conversation with another customer, I was eventually pleased by my assigned unit, the price and customer service from that point on. If it were not for the initial wait, the rating would be higher
