I needed a storage u it before a move and I’ve never had one before. When I got there all went well with opening the gate. Then as I got to my building I was looking to see where the lift was and a worker Patrick showed up. Within a few minutes of me getting there. He showed me everything and how to work everything. He was super nice and extremely helpful. Without his help it wouldn’t have gone as smoothly. I feel he went above and beyond!
Here at Riverhead life storage customer service has been great. Any problems I had have been rectified immediately. The workers have been very helpful. I find the place to be clean and I’ve had no problems since I’m here three years thank you respectfully Jack Tedesco diamond Electric.
Tim did such a great job keeping my shipment secure while I was waiting for a unit to open and he let me know as soon as it opened up!!!! Top notch clean unit and great customer service
