Life Storage felt friendly. Storing items in Life Storage Rock Hill was easier than asking friends or family. Tanya the manager I met knew exactly how to complete the reservation process. Getting set with the just right size unit made moving all my things as pleasant as possible. Tanya and the Life Storage facility is best I have ever used and during last two years, I've lived in 11 locations.
Tanya was incredibly helpful and got me into the space I needed in a timeframe that worked perfectly. She is thorough and asked me questions about my needs I hadn't even considered. I'm confident I will be happy with choosing this facility.
Tanya saw us pull up in our rental truck at 430pm on a Saturday. We just arrived from Tucson Az and needed a storage unit immediately. She had one unit left and rented to me without hesitation. She was friendly and personable. Life Storage has an angel and her name is Tanya!!!!!!
Tanya was so friendly and informative. It’s evident that she has managed storage facilities for several years. She gave me a tour, had tips for me, and walked me through which size and leasing options to take.
Very organized and well ran place ! I was given an amazing tour and lots of details as well about the different units and even upgraded to get more space . Tanya is hands down the best , relatable, friendly , and understanding manager . From being a site manager I feel like there is some stuff I can take from her and apply where I work as well . You all have a great employee and a well facility
