Easy to drive in. Variety of units available. I rented 5×10 unit for $66 ($55+insurance $11). So really affordable rate. Welcoming and helpful staff.
Pleasant stay- no hassles- electronic gate with private code provides accommodating access when needed. Have been to other places, the service here is what made it for me. Scott and Amanda were great and made the process easy and quick. Only drawback would be increasing cost, but that seems to be across the board with a lot of storage places.
Been coming here weekly for 3 years. I have a unit here for work shipments and have never had an issue. Scott and Amanda are the employees I usually speak with here and they are excellent and always receptive of any questions. Gate is always working and the parking lot is always clean. I have storage unit neighbors here who have been here for a long time as well, which speaks for the consistency here.
I am very dissatisfied. I was willing to look past the fact of my rental unit being rusty and dingy due to the satisfactory customer service I had been receiving but now I’m just irritated. I was billed the agreed upon price for the first 2 months of renting but then I received notice that my rental fee will be going up $80/month. I am aware that the rental is month to month and subject to change but that price jump is incredibly unfair and deceitful.
