I have been at the storage location for most three years and let me tell you Kristen has done a wonderful job. Very secure place very clean and the employees are always so nice. Keep up the great work and if I need storage again in the future, I know where I’m going. Prices are spot on.
I had some unforeseen problems arise that had to do with our vehicles that are being stored at the facility. What first stood out to me is, I was greeted by the most pleasant man when I first entered the gate to the storage facility. He was kind, considerate, and eager to help. I told him about what I was dealing with, and I was really very stressed. And immediately he made me feel much calmer and came up with solutions and acted on my request immediately. I wanted to take a minute and share my appreciation for a manager at life Storage Fyler Ave., St. Louis, MO location. I’ve been in a storage unit for probably 15+ years. I believe I was with Bob’s that life storage purchased . I have moved three different times within life storage. Total of 9+ years. I have not had a good experience at any of them until fyler Avenue . The only reason why I’ve stayed is because of her. I was shocked coming from my last storage unit in Florida. Christine the manager was extremely professional and the unit were squeaky clean, lit up and my favorite part you can drive your vehicle inside the facility to load or unload your items. Especially on a rainy day this saves your items from rain which could damage your furniture. Christine got me in and out she is very sweet and amazing and very helpful. I would turn around and she would be there when I was in need of her help.
