Great customer service, clean facility, great price! The customer service was great, and the facility was very clean. The location of the storage space required going up stairs (no elevator). However, the price of the storage is unbeatable
On line process very easy, info from facility accurate Although the call was last minute due to plans changing, availability of what was needed was good. The individual at the toll free number sent prompt email confirmation, and the online process to complete the rental was simple and quick once available. The store was “offline” outside of business hours- that would be my only suggestion- make it available 24/7.
Overall a good facility to use. Setting up/signing for the unit was quick and easy.
