Teresa was a great representative. She helped me to get settled and a storage unit with a very good price. I will recommend this to anybody.
Came in today to look into securing a storage unit. Did not know size I needed or anything about the process of doing so. Teresa and Haley assisted me along with my sister. They showed us different size units and I chose one that best fit my needs. They were professional, friendly, informative and made this process so easy. We went over areas to move items into building and they explained all costs associated with renting. I appreciate your staff and the ease of doing this. Debbie B

This place is amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My lock wouldn’t open and Gary and Teresa sawed my lock open for me. They are caring and I was so happy to store my items there. Inside was extremely clean and well lit. Easy access to both inside and outside storage! Great facility.
Best place to store Downriver. Plenty of parking and loading/unloading space. Competitive rates and Teresa and Gary have taken such wonderful care of us. I appreciate that they reach out before a fee hits if I forget to make my payment. Thanks for looking out!
