Enjoyed my 2 year stay. Over the years the storage name changed but the quality didn’t. No issues with bugs or rodents. I was on the second floor it’s a bit creepy because there’s only motion lights but safe otherwise. Was affordable for the space I purchased. If you get Unit 2574 you’re gonna love it lol,
I was a customer with their facility for about a year and have been pleased with their service. We are leaving this unit because our storage situation has changed, no complaints however about the facility, and the woman at the front desk who manages the place is very kind and competent. It was also interesting to hear from her this was the former K-Mart building and she also worked in the same building for K-mart many years ago, I found that kinda neat having worked for SS Kresge's in the 1970's! We recommend Just Storage in Southgate. Teresa and Gary were friendly and went out of their way to make the process smooth from start to finish. Any time we had a question or needed help, they were quick to respond and always so kind. The facility itself was clean, secure, and easy to access. Highly recommend if you're looking for stress-free storage with great customer service!
