Teresa was excellent. Wonderful to work with. Made me getting my storage unit super easy. Made sure to walk me to my unit so I knew where it was, helped with everything I needed. Would recommend 100%!!
I love my facility’s staff. I haven’t always had the best payment record but they’ve always worked with me to ensure I’m able to keep my belongings. Big kudos to the Southgate team!!
This storage facility is very clean. The staff are awesome and super nice. They were able to help me get the correct size unit and walk me through the process of getting inside with ease.
Gary was extremely helpful during the entire process. He gave me a lot of useful information and detailed points I did not know to ask. Very transparent communication and kind worker. He showed us around our reserved unit and explained all the security measures and rules. Gary also made the reservation process very simple and communicated everything perfectly. If I ever have questions, I would definitely recommend asking Gary.
What a GREAT experience in renting a storage unit. We want our stuff to be safe and we'd like good customer service and I found the PERFECT place at Just Storage, climate controlled facility, Southgate. I look forward to moving in and seeing the staff occasionally. I highly recommend this storage facility.
