The site manager was extremely helpful and nice. The entire process was very thorough and efficient. Although, initially it was a little difficult to navigate to your unit like a corn maze the manager did her best to assist with the app which helped. I’m pleased overall with the service and security.

It was a simple experience, especially with Nette. She was cool and professional, explained the terms, and answered all my questions. Even with other customers present, I did not feel rushed to complete the lease. As for the unit and the building, they were clean. I would recommend using Extra Space Storage.
