The clerk at the Spring Lake location has the sweetest spirit she's an amazing woman... she makes sure you are welcomed and makes you feel like a valued customer. She has been like that since day one and has not changed she's been the absolute same everytime single time we entered the establishment to pay our bill...i told her God is definitely going to bless her for having such an amazing personality and welcoming spirit...
Eric was absolutely fantastic. He helped me straighten out my bill and was able to get me into a smaller unit. He also helped us move my stuff. I couldn’t be more pleased!!
Eric was very good at let me see the storage units to see how much room I needed I ended up with a 10x10 it's very professional and very understanding every time I come to put some stuff in the storage unit. When I see Eric always say hi and he greets me back. Very clean place, and secure temperature just right on the inside nice and cold thank you
I would like to commend Christa for being professional and providing excellent customer service every time I go by Life Storage to either pay my bill or to ask questions.
