We visited the storage unit to gather a few items from our space. Nette was working the counter and she was AMAZING! She went above and beyond - even had to help us with the lock to get in our unit. She was beyond helpful and patient. Rare customer service excellence. Someone give this employee a raise, as she is an asset.
Had the pleasure to meeting the new Assistant Manager Jennette and she was being trained. She was courteous and pleasant while taking my payment. This site always has the best customer service !!!
Dwayne, one of the managers at the storage facility was awesome in helping me resolve my issues. I recommend all my friends and family to use the storage facility located in Spring Lake, North Carolina, formally known as Life Storage. They provide excellent customer service!
My husband and I worked with Mrs Julie. She was excellent from start to finish; very welcoming, professional, pleasant, knowlegable, and very helpful. You can tell that she actually cares about the customers and it makes all the difference when you are moving, which is already extremely stressful. Highly recommend :) Awesome service. Thank you
Julia was amazing, can't say enough good things about her! I called to get a quote on unit pricing, and she made the whole process super easy and very painless. She is amazing with customers, make sure you never lose her! I did not ultimately end up moving ahead with getting a unit here, but would if I ever needed to in the future. Keep up the good work!
