Sandra was amazing! She was incredibly nice, patient, and helpful from the moment we walked in. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process of getting a storage unit quick and easy. You can tell she really cares about the customers. The app was easy to use; very easy to navigate. The initial process was done quickly and smoothly. I always felt the grounds were secure and never worried about the contents of our unit. Management went above and beyond the call of duty in communication and helping us to resolve any concerns we had…very helpful!
There is only 5 stars here. I am looking for 10! I am a new mother to a 2 month old and a 4 year old having to move my entire house overnight. I called the service number and got a price but was able to get a better deal in person. I am very thankful for Sandra Evans. She was very transparent with prices and even gave me a drive up climate controlled unit. I can not thank her enough for understanding my situation and providing excellent customer service. I’m glad I came here
