It’s a shame that places like these don’t offer discounts to people that absolutely lost everything they ever worked for in these storms. They completely take advantage of people in rough times and it’s a shame. They say they have a free first month but even the little ones will cost you 70$ up front then almost 300 a month there after. What a shame.

This is not an accessible facility in my opinion. There are two bays and a steep ramps on either side. It’s perfect if you have a truck but I have a very small sedan. I lost an RV washing machine that fell from the top of the bay. The manager blamed it on me and I did walk away for a second to get my code but the cart started rolling on its own and I was alone. I stopped by the location on Westshore Blvd to look around before renting. Jay Levy was the employee on duty. Jay was great. Friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions thoroughly while I was there and after I got home and completed everything online. The facility is extremely clean. And even though it isn’t new it smelled clean. And not that strong cleaner smell. More that new building scent. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for a storage facility.
