Whitney is an outstanding Facility Manager. She opperates my Life Storage Branch with professionalism and a high standard of care and communication. She provides exceptional care to Life Storage clients and is always available to answer questions and facilitate access in a timely manner. Her consistency and exceptional service is the reason I choose Life Storage for my small businesses logistical needs.
Got a good rate online however I got the room on Friday and both elevators were broken down so we had to use the stairs and the elevators are tiny. Not the large freight ones like at other places. I wish I would have checked first because I would have rented elsewhere. Just for the fact that we had to use the stairs was a nightmare and kept us from being able to get our stuff in the room. The manager was nice but we were offered nothing for our trouble.
I just want to say that we are really satisfied with the service provided at this location. The lady who was attending the place she was so helpful and attentive of what i was requesting , unfortunately I forgot her name but she is a good representative in the this location . Thank you and I rally recommend this location and storage company.
