Stopped by after work one day to get some essentials for a weekend trip out of an upstairs unit. The only elevator was taped across indicating it was out of service. The only set of stairs was locked. Maybe they could have let me up through the stairs when the office is open, but the fact is I work a job, so I can’t come until the office closes. Great location, awesome staff, clean facility! It’s been a challenge to move during the storm, but they worked with me on pricing and I would use them again in the future! They made the process smooth and stress free.
Will overcharge on move out and hold your money indefinitely until you complain. Pricing is extremely high, and the premises are dirty and not maintained. Update: In response to my post here, I called to see if they corrected the overcharge, and they did not. So, on to legal action.
Just what I needed to deal with storing a lot of my stuff before moving. Very accommodating and the facility looks good. Just adding to this when I lost my key and needed a lock replaced they were quick to help me and get it off for move out.
