This has been a fabulous experience renting a storage space from Shawn. Not only did she handle the reservation and check-in process in a fast, efficient, and professional manner, but she also worked hard to find me the best space and rate. She was extremely friendly and customer-focused, and I have already recommended her and this facility to others. GREAT WORK, Shawn, and THANK YOU for taking such good care of me.
Management is awesome! She made sure I only rented the storage I needed without 'over selling'. I highly recommend using this storage facility. It's extremely secure, cameras everywhere inside and out. Very friendly, honest customer service! THIS is your where you're next storage unit should be. :)

It’s pretty wonderful when you get an employee that truly desires to be helpful; to aid in navigating conundrums that are less than ideal. Shaun was fabulous with walking my family through each subsequent step of the process, as well as being kind and empathic along the way; modeling professionalism and care to the upmost.
The experience was terrific, I totally found eat I wanted it and in a very good deal; the manager has a wonderful attention, polite and friendly, I totally recommend it!! Also, the place looks very secure and clean, and everything was quick and easy.
