The employees at life storage are great! I received efficient, easy service. They took their time in explaining to me the different types of promotional offers they have, showing me available storage units, and assisting me in filling out paperwork to get my storage unit secured.
Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly to talk to. Melissa has been a huge help the other day when I needed to have the doors unbolted and provided a reference for junk removal when I asked about one. Talk about above and beyond! Thank you again for the wonderful service!
MELISSA IS AMAZING!!! SHE SET ME UP WITH THE STORAGE TO FIT MY NEEDS!!! I WAS TEMPTED TO GO TO A DIFFERENT STORAGE BECAUSE OF YOU NOT HAVING CLIMATE CONTROL. Absolutely wonderful dealing with this unit! Stopping here was very friendly very knowledgeable and above all they respected our wishes. Definitely come back here again and use the storage.
Melissa was a huge help when I stupidly locked myself out of my own unit trying to change the combo lock! She verified my identity and then helped me get set up with another lock. Her customer service was excellent! I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone
