We are moving to San Antonio from Dayton and were kind of in a bind. I'm in the AF and our house on base was not ready and we needed some place to send some extra large boxes. I talked to Ursala (who is amazing!) and she helped me from several states away. Within 15 minutes she had me set up with a first-floor unit so Fed Ex could move the extra-large boxes in and provided me paperwork so I didn't have to be on-site to accept the packages.
