Absolutely exceptional service from Len! So glad I chose this storage spot instead of one of the more generic places cropping up all around town. Super friendly, knowledgeable and patient staff. Showed us all the ins and outs, and gave us the best deal, especially for being in the city part of town. Super clean inside the air controlled units as well. Plus moving equipment is free and included to use. Definitely recommend this spot. And if you ever read this, thank you Len! You were amazing!
After looking online, I chose this company to call first because of their rates and reviews. And through the process, everyone was friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. After Aaron Roberts with Mr. small move told me what size unit I would need I called. The lady walked me through applying online and when I got to the storage facility all I had to do was sign. Facility very clean and accommodating. Delia was excellent to deal with. We had to move things on Labor Day and she was there to help us. Would highly recommend 👌
