I needed a short-term storage unit and this facility came highly recommended! The registration process was smooth and painless. Gina provided excellent customer service, patiently answering all my questions as she showed me around the facility. The unit was clean and the facility is very secure. I highly recommend it too!
They were amazing when we rented the units and we have had no problems while renting. Love the availability to get in when needed and always had carts to get belongings moved around. Gina when checking out was amazing. She even helped my son cut lock off when he lost the keys. Would totally rent from them again.
Stored my excess household goods for several months at this location. Always impressed by how spotlessly clean and well air-conditioned the building is. The front desk especially Chris and Jamie were always very personable and helpful. Appreciated having dollies available to move my things in and out. Highly recommend this location.
Gina was very professional and answered any questions I had. Great customer service, will recommend location to others. Good facility and safe. Very secured location. I can tell by the walk through all my items will secured and safely stored at this location.
Gina and Chris are very good staff, helped me out with everything I needed and made great conversation while waiting to be helped. They provided incredibly customer service.
