You will not find a better more understanding or helpful store manager at a mini storage than Mary at Life Storage in West Warwick. We rented two spaces there during Covid and kept them ever since. She keeps the place immaculate and is there to problem solve anything that arises. Prices are fair and the temperature controlled spaces do what they say. No bugs, no rats, all clean and in order. I recommend it if for no other reason than you feel like your possessions are safe and so are you while you are there.

Rent has gone up significantly in the past year, like at least $150. I had to purchase one of their very expensive locks upon rental because it takes a specific type of lock. Every time I open the unit door it takes multiple shakes and slams to get the latch to slide in place to lock or unlock. And totally forget it in snow or freezing rain. The roof of my unit looks like it is going to cave in any moment, but has held up this year. The associate, Mary, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She showed us several units to make sure that we chose the right one for our needs. The unit is clean and dry. Price is reasonable. Thank you Mary! I highly recommend Life Storage in West Warwick.

I needed to change storage places and when I called Life Storage in Warwick, Mary and Jay were both very professional and courteous. The grounds are clean and most importantly I feel my belongings are safe there at Life Storage. Thank you guys.

Hassle free transaction. In and out in about 15 minutes. Best to past many months I had as possible. Most storage units will increase the price after a few months. So, always best to pay as much as you can in advance. To secure the price.
