Clean and convenient location. I started my account online and got the information I needed all without needing to speak to a live person. To some people that's a negative but for me that was a selling point.
Mary is very professional and responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. The grounds are well kept and maintained. Just a sidenote. Would be nice to give some sort of a discount for those who pay yearly versus monthly. Other than that, I have absolutely zero complaints. Great place to store whatever belongings you may have.
Our son was moving to RI from UT. We called on our way driving across the country realizing we’d need a storage unit for some of his items before he could get settled. Customer service was absolutely amazing, very helpful & friendly. We were able to do everything electronically. A lock was included with the unit which helped so much with all the hectic details of moving. So glad we used Life Storage!
The price jumped from $58 to $158 to $180 for a 5×10 unit within months so I moved my stuff out. It sucked because I liked that I can keep my storage stuff there and it was within a mile from where I lived. But way to expensive for such a small unit with a ceiling that was falling apart. Please do better business.
Highly recommend Life Storage in West Warwick. Facility is well kept. Easy access in and out. Customer Service in the office is excellent.
