I love the providers my daughter and I work with. The billing staff and I had some communication issues previously but it seems like we’ve worked that out and everything is going smoothly now and communication is open and transparent on the billing side. I see my provider for med management and she recommended a supplement in addition to my meds, total game changer. My daughter’s therapist is so patient with her and we’ve seen some small progress (which is huge for us). I’m so happy we have her.
The singularly most productive hour I have ever spent with a mental health professional. Izzy seemed to know what I needed to tell her more than I did. Even though it was a screening appointment, I felt I got so much out of it as Izzy was able to spot issues and follow up with highly relevant and eliciting questions. If I was writing this review 6 months ago, it would be 5 stars because my provider was wonderful, attentive, and compassionate. I never had an issue with the administrative staff. This review is regarding Christopher Wheatley and a caution to anyone seeking his service who has a co-occurring disorder. If you see Mr. Wheatley and have a co-occurring disorder, you will be met with bias and judgement. Practitioner is always at LEAST 10 minutes late but will charge you a full session. I was told I would be charged $199 but they charged me $300. There is ALWAYS a problem with this office EVERY appointment. The practitioner is nothing special.
Christopher Wheatly was wonderful. He listened to my concerns and gave me great medical advice. I'm glad he was assigned as my new Phys PA. Look forward to our next Doxy.
