I love the providers my daughter and I work with. The billing staff and I had some communication issues previously but it seems like we’ve worked that out and everything is going smoothly now and communication is open and transparent on the billing side. I see my provider for med management and she recommended a supplement in addition to my meds, total game changer. My daughter’s therapist is so patient with her and we’ve seen some small progress (which is huge for us). I’m so happy we have her.
I've been a patient of Amy's for about 8 years. I followed her to LifeSpan and am a big fan. Not only is Amy a great part of my MH TEAM, Lifespan is helpful, courteous and kind. I appreciate all the support. Amy is professional, knowledgeable, approachable and responds after actively listening and always with my best interests at heart.
While we appreciate our current provider, we are experiencing challenges with their website and communication. Contacting support is difficult, the website lacks user-friendliness, and appointment reminders are absent, leading to missed appointment fees. The process for scheduling and accessing virtual appointments also requires improvement.
Izzy was a wonderful intake experience. She was kind and easy to talk to. I felt really comfortable disclosing my history with her. I look forward to working with Lifespan.
Received a prompt call given my request. Appointment was within 5 days. Psychiatrist started session on time which was greatly appreciated. Medication prescription was sent to pharmacist during session.
