Where to begin.....they were taking care of my parents since 2021 and my dad passed away 5/2024. I feel somewhat responsible for taking away their normal doctors for Lifespark. Just thought I’d let everyone know our dad passed in two weeks! Admitted to the hospital on an emergency basis (Not at the direction of his Lifespark medical staff) put into hospice a week later gone a week after that! He was well cared for in those last two weeks and not one reach out from his care team at lifespark! I did talk to a manager and hopefully got my points across for better communication all around! LifeSpark has been amazing for my wife and I. We have LifeSpark Complete and they have really been on top of our healthcare. They also make sure that you have a say in your health-care. It is not about uni-lateral decision making, but presenting all the options and making informed decisions. Dr Nick came to the house and I really felt like he talked to me like an educated individual instead of talking at me. Our Life Manager Danielle Asafe is wonderful.

Lifespark Hospice took such excellent care of my mom in her final weeks of life! A great big thank you to the entire team but especially to Missy the RN, Steve the Chaplain and Brianna the Music Therapist. You were all so loving and kind and provided exceptional care. With a grateful heart.
